MICROFRAC Pricing / Joint Venture Interest Requirements

1. The Microfrac Exothermic High Energy Fracturing System is the best Gas Generator in the world.  This is true because of the dynamic strength of the gas load driven through the formation rock in less than two seconds, applying more physical pressure than the rock formation can absorb, thereby fracturing the rock in multiple fractures and creating new fractures in a radial pattern.  In Tennessee, with Thiokol scientists present, we twice tracked the release of energy out to the next well bore, some 1,250 feet away.  Most other high-energy systems cannot go out more than 60 feet because they use a lower grade generator.

The current demonstration price is $7,500 USD, with available discounts the next price is $5,500 to the end user.  The tool was originally developed to help increase our national energy reserves, and will continue to be used in this way for the next 2-3 years.  At some point in the next 3 years the tool will be withdrawn from the general market, and only used to develop company owned or joint venture fields.  [Securities related material deleted.]

Our system compares very favorably to the following types of treatments available today:  A typical nitrogen frac is $40,000 per well; a CO2 frac can cost more than $80,000; and a small water or sand frac can cost $35,000 to $50,000 (and over $200,000 for larger zones).  Our tool costs $5,500 x 4 tools to cover 20 foot of pay-zone for $22,000.  This does not include a water block; the pulling unit for tubing extraction, or any swabbing that may be necessary.  The additional well services may vary in cost at different places around the country.

6. The DOE test information is available to any and all serious clients.  In Wyoming we have seen a 2,200 percent increase, from 1,250 barrels to 24,500 barrels of fluid per day; still holding at 19,000 barrels of fluid per day 5 months after treatment.  The silver well is undergoing final completion; we must wait to publish results, but they may be very good.

9. In developing future oil service work with Schlumberger International, Microfrac will be able to bid on over 100 different types of oil and natural gas service work from reservoir analysis to well drilling and wire line completion work to selling and service of equipment offered to major oil
companies around the world as we set our dynamic tools as the center piece in the re-completion work effort nationally and internationally [even your editor gave up here].  This is a direct result of our influential contacts where entire countries desire to joint venture our technology with their national oil and gas reserves.  The alliance is in the discussion stage, but can be activated with one large oil; or gas re-completion or drilling contract.

10. To date we are advancing the use of high-grade proppants known as Ferrons and developing a new ignition system using a deflagration cord that will increase over-all effectiveness of the initial frac by 40%.
